COVID-19 Update

March 19, 2021

We want to inform you that facility Covid testing continues and for the past few weeks, all have tested negative. We continue to see a downward trend in our community, state and the country, and it is very encouraging news. Please continue to stay updated via this page and with our automated calls, emails, and text messages.

Our center continues to follow the recommendations of the CDC on prevention and mitigation steps, including following strict handwashing procedures, social distancing when possible and utilizing all appropriate PPE. We are staying up to date with the CDC recommendations as they are updated.  In addition, our facility is in close contact with the local and state health department and we are following their guidance. The safety of our residents and staff is very important to us and it is a privilege that we do not take lightly.

As the county positivity rate has continued to go down, we are again doing in-person visits, preferably outside as it is the safer option, weather permitting, but also inside visits are being scheduled. We will continue to adhere to the CMS, CDC, ADPH and our governor’s office guidance regarding core principles of infection control and visitation. In-person visits can be scheduled through our social services department and there is a limit of how many visitors we can have in the facility at any given time, so please call to schedule your visit today. We also encourage you to continue to participate in window visits and virtual visits via FaceTime, Skype, and other Android applications such as IMO and Google Duo.
